How do I view my subscription information?
Where can I find my subscription?
- Log in to your DataCamp account
- Select your image in the top right corner, followed by Account Settings
- Select Subscription
Note: All DataCamp subscriptions default to auto-renew. Unless you have selected the Stop Automatic Billing option, your account will auto-renew for the same period of time, and you will be charged for the specified amount.
When does my subscription renew?
You can find out the cost and date of the renewal by looking at the "Your Learn Subscription" and "Your DataLab subscription" sections. If you have turned off Auto-Billing or you're on a free trial, the expiry date of your plan will show in the same section.
I want to update my card
You can update your card on the Subscription tab, by selecting "Update Payment Method"
Where can I download my receipt/ invoice?
All of your invoices can be found at the bottom of the Subscription tab. You can download your invoices by selecting "Download" next to the invoice you need. In the same section, you can add "Invoice details." Please note that the information will only appear on your future invoices and will not be applied to past or existing invoices.
