What to know before you cancel
DataCamp is a subscription-based service, meaning subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default monthly or yearly, depending on your chosen subscription. We send all DataCamp subscribers an email with information on our subscription services immediately after signing up.
Auto-billing is enabled by default for all monthly and yearly subscriptions.
When canceling, there are no refunds or partial credits for unused time. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

How To Stop Auto Billing
If you end auto-renewal on your subscription, you still have access to all premium content until your current subscription plan expires.
To Stop The Auto-Billing for individual subscription plans:
- Log in and go to Account Settings
- In the menu on the left, go to Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- For monthly Learn Premium users, you can pause your subscription for 1,2 or 3 months. Once this period elapses, the auto-billing will continue. If you do not wish to pause your subscription, click on "Continue to Cancel".
- To proceed with cancelling, click on "Continue to cancel" in the bottom right corner.
- To proceed with cancelling, click on "Continue to cancel" in the bottom right corner.
- At DataCamp we take feedback seriously! Please select a reason for cancelling and press "Confirm Cancellation"
Note: Pausing a subscription (for monthly) should be done one day before the billing date and only takes effect from the next payment period. Therefore, pausing your subscription will not extend your expiration date. If you wish to pause your subscription for more than three months or cancel and end auto-billing, you can cancel the subscription and purchase a new one later.
Subscribed via mobile?
If you signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to cancel directly via App Store or Google Play:
