For Business | Incorrect Card Used for Purchase


My DataCamp for Business subscription auto-renewed, but the wrong card was charged. Can I transfer the charge to a different card?


If your subscription has renewed within two weeks, please contact DataCamp Support (atop this page). Please leave the charged card on file until we can process a refund.

Here is what you can expect:

  1. Support will request the refund from DataCamp's Accounting Team 
    • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your end
  2. Once processed, we will ask you to update your payment information within your DataCamp group via Settings > Billing
  3. Let Support know when the new payment method has been added, as we can request that Accounting attempt a new payment.
