My DataCamp for Business subscription auto-renewed, but the wrong card was charged. Can I transfer the charge to a different card?
If your subscription has renewed within two weeks, please reach out to support by clicking on the "Submit a Request" button at the bottom of this help article or emailing us at email@example.com. Please leave the charged card on file until we can process a refund.
Here is what you can expect:
- Support will request the refund from DataCamp's Accounting Team
- Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your end
- Once processed, we will ask you to update your payment information within your DataCamp group via Settings > Billing
- Let Support know when the new payment method has been added, as we can request that Accouting attempt a new payment.
