Problem:
My DataCamp for Business subscription auto-renewed, but the wrong card was charged. Can I transfer the charge posted today to a different card?
Solution:
Not to worry! We're here to help. Please reach out to support by clicking on the "Submit a Request" button at the bottom of this help article or emailing us at support@datacamp.com. Please leave the incorrect card on file at this time, as it is needed to process the refund to that card as the initial step. Here is what you can expect:
- Support will initiate the refund with DataCamp's accounting team
- Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your end
- Once processed, we will ask you to update your payment information with the correct card from your Organization's dashboard (Settings > Billing)
- Let us know when that is done, and we will re-process the charge for you and confirm upon a successful charge
