If you'd like to unsubscribe from all email notifications, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the down-facing arrow next to your profile picture or avatar.
- Select Account Settings
- In the left panel, select Notifications
- Untoggle the notifications you would like to turn off.
- If you would like to turn off all notifications, toggle "Unsubscribe from all emails". Please note that you will still receive renewal and payment reminder emails.
After that, you're done! Your changes will be saved automatically. Please allow 24 hours for the changes to apply.
I try to unsubscribe, but I'm getting an error
If you are part of a DataCamp group — meaning your license was provided by your company or academic institution — your group's communication settings may override your personal email preferences.
If you attempt to unsubscribe from email notifications and receive an alert preventing you from doing so, this is likely caused by your group admin having enabled a setting that overrides individual communication preferences for all members of the group.
If you would like to make a change to your email notifications, we recommend reaching out to your group admin to review your group's communication settings together.
If you are not part of a group and continue to receive email notifications after checking the above, please contact DataCamp Support Team directly with a description or screenshot of the email.
