My DataCamp XP and Progress is Missing or Lost

Each DataCamp account has its own unique progress and XP. If you did not delete your DataCamp account, then your progress may be associated with an account with a different email. 

If you cannot locate a second account, you can contact DataCamp Support Team with the full name likely listed on the account and your subscription's payment information: Where is my DataCamp subscription?

Note: DataCamp cannot currently merge accounts or transfer XP, though you can swap accounts' emails.
