How To Customize Generated Invoices [Invoice Templates Attached in This Article]

Problem: 

I need to submit an invoice that includes information that isn't currently listed on my previous invoices. How can I further customize those invoices in my Account Settings?

Solution: 

DataCamp offers the ability to customize your upcoming invoices (for example, by adding a PO number, address, etc.). This can all be done from your Account Settings with the following steps:

  1. Log into your DataCamp account. Click on the down-facing arrow next to your profile picture or avatar.
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Select Subscription
  4. Navigate to the Invoice section
  5. Enter the desired information in the field
  6. Click Save

Note #1: This is not a retroactive change. Updates made to this field will only be applied to future invoices.

Note #2: Because you cannot retroactively customize invoices, you can use the templates attached in this article to personalize a DataCamp invoice at your own discretion.
