Downloading Invoices for Individual Subscriptions

Where do I find my invoice?

If you are an individual subscriber and would like to download your DataCamp invoices, you can do so from your Account Settings, which you can access with the following steps:

  1. Log into your DataCamp account
  2. Click on the down-facing arrow next to your profile picture or avatar
  3. Click on your account name
  4. Click on Subscription
  5. Scroll down to Payment History and click Download on the invoice you need

Can I add a VAT number to my invoice?

For all premium subscription purchases, VAT/GST is automatically applied at the point of sale, and unfortunately, this tax cannot be removed or exempted. Moreover, we do not accept GST/VAT numbers from premium customers, as these are typically only used in B2B transactions where a business may be eligible for tax recovery or exemption.
 
If you purchase a premium subscription, the VAT or GST will remain part of the invoice, and we encourage any customers with unique tax requirements to seek recovery directly from their local tax authority, should they qualify.
