Problem
I have an individual account and need to submit an invoice that includes information that isn't currently listed on my previous invoices. How can I further customize those invoices in my Account Settings?
Solution
DataCamp offers the ability to customize your upcoming invoices (for example, by adding a PO number, address, etc.). This can all be done from your Account Settings with the following steps:
- Log into your DataCamp account. Click on the down-facing arrow next to your profile picture or avatar.
- Select Account Settings
- Select Subscription
- Scroll to the Additional section, Invoice Details
- Enter the desired information in the field
- Click Save
Note #1: This is not a retroactive change. Updates made to this field will only be applied to future invoices.
Note #2: You can also use the templates attached in this article to personalize a DataCamp invoice at your own discretion.
How to add custom information to an Invoice that has already been generated?
If you have made a recent purchase and you need to have the invoice regenerated with the information you already added to the "Invoice details" field, we can help you with that! Contact our Support Team, and we will assist you.
If you haven’t completed your purchase yet, you can proceed with it normally. Once the payment is processed, follow the steps outlined in the "Solution" section above and then contact our Support Team so we can regenerate the invoice with the additional information.
