DataCamp Content Updates: November 2021

To ensure that our content is as up-to-date as possible, DataCamp will be making changes to our content catalog, including removing some older courses from our tracks and adding new up-to-date ones in their place.

Track updates

On 30 November, we will remove some older courses and add new ones in their place. You can choose to enroll in the improved version of the track. Alternatively, you can continue to make progress in this track until 31 January. Don’t worry, whatever option you choose you won’t have to repeat any courses you’ve already completed.

On 30 November, 2021, we will retire the Probability and Distributions with R skill track. You can continue to make progress in this track until 31 January 2022, when the track will no longer be available on DataCamp.

No action is required by you, DataCamp will communicate these updates to your learners. Your members can choose to switch to the improved version of the track before 31 January. Alternatively, they can continue to make progress in this track until 31 January. Don’t worry, whatever option they choose they won’t have to repeat any courses they’ve already completed.

Assignments that feature a retired course/track

On 31 January, we will retire one track and a small number of courses. We, therefore, recommend that you archive any assignment that features this track and recreate your assignment using our recommended replacement track above.
