As of March 2026, we have launched the AI Engineering Track. This Track is DataCamp's most advanced AI engineering program, built from the ground up on our new AI Tutor learning experience. Unlike classic DataCamp tracks — which group individual courses together — this one is designed as one cohesive learning journey, tailored to the skills AI engineers need today.
What makes this track different:

- Cohesive curriculum — every course in the track was designed together, with a clear progression from foundations to advanced topics

This track, and the individual courses contained in it, are available as a paid add-on within our catalog and are marked with a purple ribbon on the course or track page so they can be easily identified.

Why is taking the AI Engineering track important?

How does purchasing work?
You can purchase access to the AI Engineering track by clicking the "Add access" in the track dashboard
If you want to purchase access to just one course, you can click the "Get course" button you will see in the course dashboard, or the "Unlock" button that is on the Course chapter. Both options will help you make the purchase for that specific course.
The purchase is a one-time payment and is not a recurring subscription. Once purchased, you retain access to the content for as long as it remains available on DataCamp.
Do I need a subscription?
No. An active DataCamp subscription is not required to purchase Premium AI Tutor content.
AI tutor courses and tracks are independent products. If you already have a subscription, you will still need to purchase AI Tutor credits separately to unlock access to it.
Why is there an additional cost?
Premium AI Tutor courses rely on advanced AI systems that provide real-time personalization and adaptive tutoring.
Developing and maintaining this technology involves additional operational costs. For this reason, AI Tutor content is offered as an optional add-on, so only learners who want this enhanced experience pay for it.
Are Taxes included in the cost?
Taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) apply to AI Engineering Track purchases in the same way they apply to DataCamp Learn Premium subscriptions. The applicable tax amount is shown in the payment modal before you confirm your purchase.
