DataCamp Mobile Subscriptions

Note: DataCamp's mobile subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, so you will need to reach out to Apple or Google for payment inquiries.

DataCamp's mobile subscriptions now include access to all DataCamp platforms! Mobile subscribers will have access to DataCamp's Premium subscription, including courses, practice exercises, projects, and assessments.

How do I sign up?

When you create a new account in your mobile app, you will have the choice of a monthly or yearly subscription:

Do I have a mobile subscription?

You can verify via Account Settings on DataCamp's website whether your plan is through your mobile provider:

You can also provide the support team with your account's email and a screenshot of the transaction on your bank statement, as we can help you verify which subscription you have.

Upgrading from monthly to yearly (Mobile App)

How it works depends on your device platform:

  • iOS (Apple App Store):

    • Your upgrade will take effect when your current monthly subscription renews.

    • You won’t be charged immediately. You’ll continue using your monthly plan until it ends, and then your subscription will switch to yearly upon renewal.

  • Android (Google Play Store):

    • Your upgrade applies immediately.

    • You’ll be charged the full yearly price right away.

    • Any remaining time from your current monthly plan is prorated and credited toward your new yearly subscription—meaning your unused monthly time isn’t lost, it just extends your yearly term.

    • Example:
      Let’s say you have 10 days left on your monthly plan when you upgrade:

    • You’ll pay the full yearly price immediately.

    • Those 10 days are credited to your new yearly plan.

    • Your yearly subscription starts right away, extended by the prorated time from your old plan.

Canceling your mobile subscription

Mobile Subscription plans and payments are managed by iOS and Android, respectively.

Note: While all iOS inquiries must be made through Apple, DataCamp can inquire about your Android subscription. When contacting Support, please provide your order number starting with GPA:
