When does my member access expire?
Business group members have access to the content as long as the group is active and they are part of the group on a business license. If the group's admin removes a member, their access is revoked immediately.
Question: If I enroll a new member in the middle of my organization's DataCamp subscription, how long will that new member have access to DataCamp's content?
Answer: New members will have access to DataCamp content for the duration of your subscription term, regardless of when they were added to your DataCamp organization.
For example, if you have one month left on your business subscription, then the new member will have one month of access.
What happens if the group is cancelled? Will the members lose access?
If your organization cancels the business subscription for any reason, all members will lose access, regardless of when they were enrolled.
If your organization renews its subscription, all members will maintain their DataCamp access so long as they remain enrolled in your group.
Do I lose my progress if I get removed from the group?
Account progress is maintained on the user's account, regardless of their subscription type or status. It can only be lost if the user decides to delete their account or reset their course progress.
Note: Certification results and certificates can only be accessed if your subscription status is active. If you plan on leaving a group, we would recommend you download your certificates and badges beforehand.
Where can I find the end date of my business subscription?
The group's admin can view the subscription's start date and renewal/ end date in the Billing tab of the group's Settings.
