I want to remove the credit card that is stored in my profile (Account Settings), but I do not see an option to do so.
There is not a built-in way to remove your payment method on file. However, there are a few workarounds:
- You can add another payment method by navigating to your account, clicking on your name and navigating to Subscription > Add Payment Method. This will replace the current payment method on file.
- If you wish to no longer subscribe to DataCamp, and do not want to keep your progress or account, you may delete your account. Please note, this action cannot be undone.
- If you would like to keep your progress and account active, but wish to remove your payment method, you may reach out directly to our support team at email@example.com.
