I am currently on the yearly plan. Can I switch to monthly?
Answer
If you have an active yearly individual subscription, you cannot change your subscription to monthly.
If you would like to downgrade, you would first need to cancel your current yearly plan. When your current, yearly plan expires, you can go to the pricing page and subscribe to the monthly plan.
