I recently received a refund for an incorrect charge. Where can I obtain a copy of the refund receipt?
Your refund receipt can be obtained directly from your DataCamp Organization's billing section. See below for step by step instructions:
- Log into your DataCamp account (as the DataCamp for Business administrator)
- Access your organization's group
- Select Settings from the group's left panel
- Click on the Billing, located atop the Settings tab
- Scroll down to the Invoices section to view all invoices
- The status section of each invoice will say Paid, Due, Overdue, or Refund.
- Find the invoice with a status of Refund click on the download icon
