I purchased a monthly subscription, but I'm still listed as a free user. I cannot access any premium courses or content.
Answer:
As a first troubleshooting step, please log out and back into DataCamp, as well as try a second browser.
If you still cannot see your subscription, there may have been a typo when you created the account, or you may have signed up using another email address.
If you are not sure which email is associated with your premium account, feel free to send support@datacamp.com information as follows:
- If you paid with credit card:
- The last four digits of the card that was charged
- The card's expiration
- The cardholder name
- The amount charged
- The date of the charge
- The type of card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- If you paid via PayPal:
- The email address that is linked to your Paypal account
