I purchased a DataCamp subscription, but I am still listed as a free user and cannot access any courses or content.
To rule out any caching issues, please 1) log out and back into DataCamp and 2) try a second or private browser.
If you still cannot see your subscription, there may have been a typo in your email when you created the account, or you may have signed up using another email address.
If you are not sure which email is associated with your subscription, please contact DataCamp Support (atop this page) with the following payment information:
- If you paid with a credit card:
- The last four digits of the card that was charged
- The card's expiration
- The cardholder name
- The amount charged
- The date of the charge
- The type of card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- If you paid via PayPal:
- The email address that is linked to your Paypal account
