I set up a monthly subscription, but I'm still being listed as a free user. I cannot access any premium courses or content.
If you purchased a DataCamp subscription, but still cannot access premium content, there may have been a typo when you created the account or you may have signed up using another email address.
If you are not sure which email is associated with your premium account, feel free to send email@example.com information as follows:
- If you paid with credit card:
- The last four digits of the card that was charged
- The cardholder name
- The amount charged for
- The date of the charge
- The type of card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- If you paid via PayPal:
- The email address that is linked to your Paypal account
