In this case, will my certificate be accessible?

Yes, your certificate will be accessible without the subscription.

What is the reason for this policy? I find it to be prohibitive and not in the spirit of real education. If someone has already paid and spend the time and effort to complete a course then they should be able to access the course materials. Consider the case where someone wants to pay for access to just a single course. Is it right that they should have to pay continuously to access those materials? This is very disappointing.

Michael Motyka I echo your sentiment. Completed courses should not have its access revoked when users have stopped subscribing.

I agree with Michael Motyka and Christopher Teoh. The policy is not appropriate to real education. Someone should be able to go back to things  he learned already since he paid for them already. To me, it is very disappointing. More people should speak out.

Agree with Michael Motyka. I hope DataCamp will reconsider that policy, even the online courses I took mostly doesn't block the content for anyone who have completed the course.

I agree with you Michael Motyka, I'm so disappointed of this policy. I don't think I will continue to learn using this platform cause it's basically the only one that does this (blocking the completed content!!!) this is shameful and I think the Data Camp needs to reconsider this Policy

Of you download the Course to view in Offline mode, will the Course be still available when Subscription's over? And how can you permanently save those offline downloads, I mean If you sign out from the app, you lose all the downloads Is there a way of getting it permanently? Thanks

So, basically, if you are only interested in one course, you have to memorize that content forever, because you cannot consult the material in the future if you need, unless you keep a subscription for something you barely use. Seems like a very raw deal.

It is disgust this policy from DataCamp. I do believe it is against some law or a consumer protection program. I hope somebody could talk to a lawyer about this topic to take legal advice.

Not given access to the courses already taken it is a forced way to have a life subscription with DataCamp. I have taken 43 courses with DataCamo during the last six months and I foresee myself using this excellent platform for at least another year or as long as they continue to offer courses that for my interests.

If this policy is clearly notified to a potential DataCenter subscription buyer, I do believe, like myself,  would not have subscribed.

I do like so much of this platform that as soon as they offered a new version of the Data Scientist track I enrolled in it and I am learning a lot with it.

DataCamp must continue to offer different courses and services to attract their consumers if they want them to continue with their subscriptions not to force them.

By the way, I have copied most of the slides and the exercises but I wished to have this policy removed.
