Problem:
I logged into DataCamp, and my progress is now missing. Can you please retrieve my previous course and XP progress?
Background:
Each DataCamp account has its own unique progress and XP. If you did not delete your DataCamp account, then your progress may be associated with an account with a different email.
Solution:
If you cannot locate a second account, you can contact DataCamp Support (atop this page) with the full name likely listed on the account, as well as your subscription's payment information: Where is my DataCamp subscription?
Note: DataCamp cannot currently merge accounts or transfer XP, though you can swap accounts' emails.
