I previously unsubscribed from DataCamp but decided to subscribe again. I remember having completed a number of courses before I unsubscribed, but my progress is now missing! Can you please retrieve my previous course and XP progress?
In this situation, the progress is likely not gone but rather associated with a different DataCamp account owned by the same person. You may have accidentally created a new account with a different email address, instead of resubscribing under the original account with the progress. Each account has its own unique progress associated with it.
It is not possible to merge or link two DataCamp accounts. We suggest choosing the account (email address) you wish to keep, and deleting the other one.
If you have progress in both accounts, you can download your certificates from the unwanted account before deleting it.
Once you've chosen the account you wish to continue with and have downloaded the certificates for your records, you will need to cancel your subscription for the account you no longer wish to use: How do I cancel my subscription?
