Is there a minimum seat or license number for a business subscription? 

Answer: 

To sign up for a DataCamp for Business subscription, there is a minimum requirement of 2 licenses. You can choose that option by clicking on the field under Number of licenses and entering the amount: https://www.datacamp.com/groups/subscribe/account.
