I can't log in. How do I get a new password?
Answer:
If your organization uses SSO, you must log in using your organization's sign-on URL (not datacamp.com) and your organization's login credentials. These troubleshooting steps are not applicable in this situation. If you forgot your login credentials, you must reach out directly to your DataCamp administrator for help resetting or sharing login information.
If you do not use any of the above single-sign-on methods and forgot your password, click on the Sign in option on datacamp.com and click on the Forgot Password link.
Enter the email address you used to sign up for a DataCamp account and click on the Reset my password option.
If you do not receive the email, check the Spam folder in your inbox or your network settings for blocks against datacamp.com.
