I invited members to my group, but they have not received the confirmation email. They are unable to join the group I created.
There may be a few reasons why your team may not have received a DataCamp invitation email:
- The email is filtering into the Spam folder of their inbox
- Your organization's network settings may be blocking emails from DataCamp
As a first step, we always recommend having individuals check their Spam folders. If there is nothing there, it may be a network issue and would be best to loop in your organization's IT team. If you are unable to join via email invite, we recommend moving asking your administrator to move forward with the invite link option outlined HERE.
