Problem:
I invited members to my group, but they have not received the confirmation email. They are unable to join the group I created.
Background:
One of the most common causes of this issue is the DataCamp email being automatically filtered in the person's Spam folder, or the organization's network and firewall automatically marking these emails as Spam.
Solution:
As a first step, we always recommend having individuals check their Spam folders. If there is nothing there, it may be a network issue and would be best to loop in your organization's IT team.
