Why was the Slack community deprecated?
We’ve made the decision to close the Slack community to simplify our support channels and focus our efforts on providing help and resources directly within the DataCamp platform. This allows us to better serve all learners in a more consistent, scalable, and centralized way.
Where can I get help or connect with others?
Even though the Slack community is no longer active, there are still many ways to get support and continue your learning journey:
- Help Center: Browse articles and FAQs covering common questions about your account, courses, billing, and more.
- DataCamp Support: Contact our dedicated support team if you need help with your account, technical issues, or other questions.
- In-Platform Resources: Access exercises, learning tracks, and guided projects directly in DataCamp.
- Webinars and Events: Participate in live sessions to deepen your skills and engage with instructors and experts.
