    Payment does not work with any of my cards and no unblock the courses. However, the datacamp charged just over 1 dollar. My bank is Mexican and I have never had problems with online purchases.

    Hello, I'm commenting here because I'm not sure where else I should. When I try paying with my debit card, I receive a notification saying that I am unable to subscribe. Is this because this site accepts only credit cards, or could there be some other reason? Should I contact my bank?

    I'm sorry to say that we do not accept payment via Debit Card. This may be why you're experiencing issues. You might consider setting up a PayPal account with your Debit Card in order to sign up.

    Is after subscription the amount from card immediately changes/withdraw or will it take some days?

    Hello Robert,

    I am currently experiencing the following problem: When I tried to sign up to DataCamp, I got the "Ooops, something  went wrong..." screen after attempting to pay via PayPal. Subsequently, no money was booked and I gained no access to the content. However, after trying to set the subscription up a second time, PayPal notified me, that the payment is already set up. But as I said, no money was booked and I have no access. I have already notifies PayPal about that. On top of that, I can not access the "Payments" page on my profile without getting the "Ooops, something went wrong..." screen again.

    Can you help me setting up my subscription?

    Did you resolve the issue about unable to pay with PayPal?
    I have the same problem as you and I don't know what to do and there's time limit for the offer :(

    Subscription declined but money was deducted from my bank account

    Dear Datacamp,

    I tried to activate the annual subscription today with my credit card. The page loaded and then showed up - "Oops... Something went wrong!" I checked the forum for possible solutions. I have made transactions in USD before without any trouble. I am worried that if I make another transaction it might turn out to be a similar case. Can you confirm whether the transaction went through?

    And now I cannot access my payment tab - it simply shows up "Oops... Something went wrong!"

    Hey Datacamp,

    I cannot subscribe to the yearly plan with though Paypal notifies that I have correctly subscribed to the pre-approved payment but when I'm redirected to Datacamp, I receive a message that notifies me that the transaction went wrong.

    I actually resolved the issue without doing anything. I just kept trying to subscribe and it worked eventually (on Monday).

    Hi,

    I'm trying to make a payment for the yearly subscription via PayPal but unable to unlock the content.

    PayPal shows me the message like this.

    After returning back to DataCamp, I get a message saying "Unable to subscribe."

    Hi,

     

    I received an error of cant subscribe you 4 times - 3 times when i tried with Debit card and 4th time when i tried with the credit card. Finally on 5th attempt with credit card i was able to subscribe, but just want to know if you can confirm whether the money charged by you is only once, and not 5 times.

    Also, on pricing page, you should clearly mention that you all dont accept debit cards. Came to know when I was going through comments here.
