At DataCamp, we strive to provide our students with the best support possible. To help us help you, there are a few things you can do to ensure your issue gets solved in the fastest, most efficient way possible. Here is the information we need to be able to support you as best as we can.
A link to the exercise where you're encountering the issue
There are more than 7000 exercises on DataCamp, and our directory of courses is ever growing, so it's difficult recognizing an exercise with just snippet. A link to the exercise in DataCamp will help us jump right into the issue at hand.
A paste of the code you entered in the exercise
This helps us recognize whether the issue is in the code itself, or in the DataCamp exercise. Sending us formatted code helps with readability:
- On a Mac computer, simply paste with Cmd + Alt + Shift + V
- On Windows computer, follow these instructions.
A screenshot of the exercise page
This screenshot should show the whole exercise page. It's important that we can see:
- the code
- the output
- the hints
To take a screenshot:
- on a Mac, press Cmd + Shift + 3 to take a screenshot of the whole page, or Cmd + Shift + 4 to be able to select a part of the screen
- on Windows, press Windows + PrtScn to take a screenshot of the whole screen

This is not always required, but in the case the Run Code or Submit Answer buttons show a wheel that seems to never be ending, we will probably need it (however, check if you don't have an infinite loop first, as they can trigger this behavior).

I have raised multiple tickets regarding a difficulty I face with a project. Its been four days but still I have not received a response
I never get a response on any my feed back. Which is a waste of time. The instructor for Python tool box 1 is useless. Moreover, despite writing the correct code my answer is not accepted. Please rectify your system.

It sounds like you may have used the Report an Issue option to let our content team know there may be an issue with the course. While our team monitors this, they do not respond to every request due to the volume. More information can be found here: Where To Add Feedback on DataCamp Courses

Even I would say that the support Slack channel is abandoned. There is noone who can answer question correctly or guide properly. It is like misleading students that slack is there whereas there are just few students who would just say this and that rather than getting into problem and helping on same.
I have never got answer to any of my issues ever. If there is another way to approach the team for support, let me know.
