⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you're only looking to stop billing but want to keep your progress, consider canceling your subscription instead.
Before you delete
Canceling optional: If you're on a paid plan, deleting your account will NOT automatically cancel your subscription. Make sure you cancel your subscription’s renewal beforehand or contact support for help.
Permanent deletion: Your courses, projects, workspace content, certificates, and personal data will be removed.
No recovery: Once deleted, your account and learning history cannot be restored.
See below for steps on how to delete your account:
- Log in to your DataCamp account
- Click on the down-facing arrow next to your profile picture or avatar
- Select Account Settings
- Select More
- Select Delete My Account
- Select 'Delete All My Data.' This is a final decision that cannot be undone.
After deletion
Subscription: If you had an active plan, it will NOT be canceled automatically. Make sure you cancel your subscription’s renewal beforehand or contact support for help.
Data removed: Your information is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Start fresh anytime: You can sign up again later, but your previous progress won’t carry over.
