Can I pause my subscription?
Answer:
If you are a monthly subscriber, you can pause your subscription. However, yearly subscribers cannot.
Background:
We bill for our service on a monthly or yearly membership basis and all enrollment plans are automatically renewed unless the membership is paused or canceled (See DataCamp's Terms of Use).
To pause your subscription:
- On the top-right corner of DataCamp's landing page, select My Account > Account Settings
- Click Subscriptions
- Click Stop Automatic Billing
After selecting Stop Automatic Billing, you can choose the duration that you'd like to pause your subscription, followed by Confirm.
