Can I pause my account?
If you are a monthly subscriber, you can pause your subscription. However, yearly subscribers do not have the option to pause their accounts.
To pause your subscription:
- Click on your profile photo or avatar
- Click on your name
- Click on Subscriptions
- Click Stop Automatic Billing
After selecting Stop Automatic Billing, you can choose the duration that you'd like to pause your subscription, followed by Confirm.
