    I have the same problem as the person above (Yh2990). I was hoping to get a refund because I had no intention of paying the subscription for this year but forget to cancel the subscription until I saw that I had been charged a few days ago. I was hoping to get a refund for that payment a few days ago.

    Hi Robert,
    I am experiencing the same issue. I forgot to cancel the subscription before the annual payment date and it deducted the amount automatically from my account. Kindly help me in getting a refund. Thanks!

    I guess I was charged before the real deadline - the end of the day. When I canceled my subscription due to lack of time/money, I've noticed the annual payment has already been deducted from my PayPal account. I hope you can help me out.

    Hello,

    for some reason I got the yearly plan, when I ordered the monthly one. This of course gave me a bad start with your product, and I would like a refund and some clarification on how this happened.

    This is quite some money we're talking about here so I would like know when I can have my money refunded?

    Hi,

    I was hoping to get a refund or cancel the payment request because I had no intention of paying the subscription for this year but I am not aware my subscription was renewed until I saw that I had been charged via credit card and need to settle the payment in the coming credit card statement. I was hoping to get a refund for that payment or you can cancel the payment request. I have sent request 2 days ago but so far nobody reach out to me. Thank you.

    Here's the same case. Sorry for forgetting to cancel the subscription a bit earlier and I appreciate all your online course. Would like to reactive my subscription when I have spare time. However, for this case (already cancelled/stopped the subscription on 22nd May).  I am hoping to get the refund.Thank you!

    I recieved a mail with 67% discount, i opened the link, but when i pay, the receipt didn't have the discount, so I want to cancel my suscription and get my money as soon as possible. What do i have to do to make this possible. I'm very dissapointed. I was waiting a discount for a yearly suscription for so long.

    I ordered a monthly subscription plan but I got the yearly plan. I was so excited to use DataCamp to learn R but it was really shocking to see how much I had to pay. I would seriously like a refund and some clarification regarding this incident.

    Hello Robert,

    First of all, I want to admit that this is my fault to forget to cancel the subscription. However, I have no intention to pay for next month. Because of that, I really hope that I can get a refund from Datacamp. I have experienced a good time with Datacamp and definitely come back if I have something to learn.

    Hello, Robert.

    I made the 67% discount subscription thinking that I would be billed per month but when I realized that the total price was billed on my Credit Card, I immediatelly cancelled the subscription. I want to know when the billing will be cancelled and the refund will be done.

    I wanted to pay $29 monthly however I am still charged $300 on card for yearly subscription. That is really bad on your part. Please charge only$29 and refund any balance amount IMMEDIATELY !!!!! Didnt expect such a blunder from your end. Immediate refund and response will be appreciated. Please provide clarification and rectify the issue soon...

    From a website like this, it is really a shock of how people's money is being played with. Who would have expected such blunders. I wanted to pay $29 monthly however I am still charged $300 on card for yearly subscription. 

    When I emailed data camp support for refund of $300 I got this reply: My name is Roshane, and I would be happy to help out. I can confirm that your refund has settled. If you're unable to see the reverted amount, I recommend reaching out to your bank provider to resolve this issue.

    Roshane & Robert! - Please note that the refund is not settled and I do not have the refund reflected in the bank account.

    Kindly refund the $300 amount at the earliest and I wish no one has such a bad experience like this.

    I have studied from so many sites with payments like these & this is the one and only place where I had such a bad experience with my money.

    Hi, I also clicked on the monthly subscription for 29$ per month but I got charged 300$ in one full payment. Can you please refund the 300$ into my account, I did not click on the yearly subscription. I still want to subscribe to data camp but not for the whole year, I only want a monthly subscription so can you fix the problem on the website too? You would think a website made by data scientists could get something like this right.

    We certainly provide refunds if there was a billing error on our side. Note, it typically takes 5-7 days to process.

    Hi Robert,

    I am going through the same issue that Jamie and Ankita went through

    I raised a ticket for this, hope to get a refund for the yearly membership soon.300 USD is not something i can afford right now

    To prevent stuff like this happening so often, dont have the yearly membership as a default setting! Give the customer a better interface when it comes to choosing memberships

    Hi dear, I payed for the anual courses in 2017 until 2018 and was good year but I dind't aproved to any new subscription anyway this one was renewed but nobody contact me or something to tell me for this new subscription.     Hello Robert,

    Yesterday I was automatically charged by 29$ dollars and my subscription was renewed without any email in advance that that will happen . Since I do not want to be a subscriber of DataCamp anymore, I want to cancel my subscription and kindly ask you if you could refund me the sum you deducted from my account? I had no intention of paying the subscription for this month since I am not using DataCamp services anymore.
