Try these steps first:
Refresh the page
Log out and log back in
Open the course in Incognito/Private mode
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
If issues continue, run the System Check tool to identify technical problems.

System Check: Failing Checks and Fixes
If any checks fail, follow the instructions below.
If you're using DataCamp through work or school, contact your IT administrator if needed.
Cookies – Failed
Enable cookies in your browser
Clear your browser cookies
If you're part of an organization, contact your IT administrator
WebSocket Connectivity – Failed
Make sure WebSockets are enabled in your browser
Check if firewall or antivirus software is blocking WebSockets
If you're part of an organization, contact your IT administrator
Request/Response Integrity – Failed
Ensure your firewall or security software allows access to DataCamp domains (see System Requirements)
If you're part of an organization, contact your IT administrator
Authentication – Failed
Make sure all other checks are passing
Log out and log back into datacamp.com

Critical Requests – Failed
Ensure your firewall or security software allows important platform requests (e.g. loading videos)
Ensure that exceptions for the DataCamp domains are added to the network security solution (see System Requirements)

Security Software That Might Interfere
If you're using any of the following tools, make sure they aren't blocking access to DataCamp:
Personal software: Norton, Avast, McAfee, Windows Defender
Workplace software: Corporate firewalls, proxies, or endpoint protection systems

Many work-owned devices or networks might contain security restrictions that prevent the content from displaying properly. In many of these cases, the System check will show as "Fail," and it will suggest contacting your IT Administrator, since they are the best equipped to adjust this setup (see image below for reference).
💡 You can create an IT ticket in your organization and share the screenshot of the System check along with a brief description of the error.

Take a screenshot of the error along with the console results. To open the console, you need to hit right click > Select "Inspect" > Navigate to the Console tab
