If you want to expand your team's access to our learning platform, you can easily add or purchase additional licenses through your group's billing section.

Purchasing an Additional License

From Settings in your group's left panel, select Billing > Add Licenses. You will add Learn and DataLab licenses separately. 


How Much Does It Cost to Add Licenses?

When you add licenses mid-term, the price is prorated, meaning it’s calculated based on the remaining time of your current subscription. The cost will change a little daily, depending on when you purchase.

I want to add licenses, but discounts do not apply. When I try to add more licenses, it shows the full rate.

The promo pricing is only valid for new customers or subscriptions. If you add licenses after your initial purchase, they will be charged at the standard rate, not the discounted rate.

I want to add a license for 1 year without prorating it. How can I do this?

You can add a license for a full year without prorating on your renewal date. If you add a license before that, it will be prorated to match the remaining time on your current subscription.

Can I add new licenses if I have outstanding invoices?

No, you cannot add new licenses until all existing invoices have been settled. Please ensure that any outstanding payments are completed before purchasing additional licenses.

How is payment processed when I add licenses?

  • Credit Card Payment: If your group has a credit card on file, the amount will be charged immediately upon adding the licenses.
  • Invoicing: If your group uses invoicing as a payment method, you will receive an invoice and have 30 days to process the payment via mailed check or ACH.

Can I allocate new licenses to members immediately after purchasing?

Yes, once the new licenses are added, you can allocate them to members immediately.
